1. Điều khoản sử dụng
Dịch vụ. Exomaly Remux (upload.exomaly.com) sửa phần vỏ (container) của file MP4 trước khi bạn tự đăng lên TikTok. Hình và tiếng giữ nguyên từng byte, không bị nén lại. Trang không đăng video lên TikTok hay nền tảng nào khác; bạn tự đăng file kết quả.
Hình và tiếng không rời khỏi máy bạn. Trang chỉ gửi phần mục lục của file (box moov: mốc thời gian, kích thước và vị trí từng mẫu, thông tin codec) lên máy chủ của chúng tôi để xử lý, rồi ghép file mới ngay trong trình duyệt.
Không liên kết với TikTok. Exomaly Remux là công cụ độc lập, không liên kết với TikTok, ByteDance hay bất kỳ nền tảng nào, và không được họ tài trợ hay xác nhận. Tên TikTok chỉ được nhắc để mô tả nơi bạn có thể đăng video.
Trách nhiệm của bạn. Chỉ xử lý video bạn sở hữu hoặc có quyền sử dụng; tuân thủ pháp luật và điều khoản của nền tảng nơi bạn đăng; giữ lại file gốc.
Kết quả không được đảm bảo. Mọi nhận xét trên trang về độ phân giải, nhịp khung hình hay cách nền tảng xử lý video là kết quả thử nghiệm riêng của chúng tôi trên một số video, tại một thời điểm. Các nền tảng có thể thay đổi cách xử lý bất cứ lúc nào. Video sau khi xử lý sẽ không tải về được trên TikTok, vì TikTok không giải mã được file để tạo bản cho phép tải về. Quá trình xử lý cũng có thể khiến nền tảng xử lý video khác thường hoặc áp dụng biện pháp với video hay tài khoản theo điều khoản của họ. Bạn tự quyết định có dùng công cụ hay không và tự chịu rủi ro.
Cung cấp “như hiện có”. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp hay hệ quả phát sinh từ việc dùng công cụ, kể cả mất lượt xem, mất dữ liệu hay việc nền tảng hạn chế video hoặc tài khoản. Điều này không làm mất các quyền mà pháp luật về bảo vệ người tiêu dùng dành cho bạn.
Thay đổi và luật áp dụng. Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật trang này; ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang cho biết bản mới nhất. Áp dụng pháp luật Việt Nam.
2. Bản Free và Pro
Free: video tới FHD (cạnh ngắn tối đa 1080 px, video dọc 1080×1920 cũng tính là FHD), tối đa 60 fps, 5 file mỗi ngày cho mỗi địa chỉ IP (IPv6: mỗi dải /64), tính lại từ 0 giờ theo giờ Việt Nam. Người dùng chung một địa chỉ IP (ví dụ cùng một mạng di động hay wifi) dùng chung 5 file đó. File bị từ chối không bị tính.
Pro: video tới 4K (cạnh ngắn tối đa 2160 px), tối đa 60 fps, không giới hạn số file. Trong thử nghiệm của chúng tôi, TikTok giữ được 4K 60 fps (không đảm bảo); video 4K 120 fps thì bị nén về 540p, nên mọi gói đều không nhận video trên 60 fps hay trên 4K.
Giá Pro: 49.000 VND một tháng (US$2.99 khi trả bằng PayPal ở trang tiếng Anh). Một tháng là 30 ngày kể từ lúc thanh toán. Không tự trừ tiền: hết hạn thì trang quay về bản Free; muốn dùng tiếp, bạn gia hạn ở trang Mua Pro bằng chính key đó. Gia hạn khi key còn hạn thì cộng 30 ngày vào ngày hết hạn; khi đã hết hạn thì tính 30 ngày từ lúc thanh toán. Trang chính báo trước 3 ngày khi key sắp hết hạn; không có email nhắc.
Mỗi key dùng trên 1 thiết bị (một trình duyệt trên một máy). Thiết bị đầu tiên nhập key sẽ giữ key. Đổi máy, đổi trình duyệt hoặc xoá dữ liệu trang web thì trình duyệt được coi là thiết bị mới: nhắn Facebook hoặc Zalo để chúng tôi chuyển key. Key dành cho người mua; không bán lại hay chia sẻ công khai.
Key có thể bị thu hồi khi đơn hàng được hoàn tiền, khi key bị chia sẻ công khai hoặc dùng sai mục đích.
3. Thanh toán và hoàn tiền
Thanh toán qua payOS bằng mã QR chuyển khoản ngân hàng (trang mua tiếng Việt), hoặc qua PayPal bằng tài khoản PayPal hay thẻ Visa/Mastercard, tính bằng USD (trang mua tiếng Anh). Giá ghi trên trang mua là giá cuối cùng. Key hiện ngay trên trang mua và được gửi vào email bạn nhập.
Hoàn tiền trong 7 ngày kể từ lúc thanh toán một tháng, nếu Pro không chạy được với video của bạn và chúng tôi không khắc phục được, hoặc nếu bạn trả tiền hai lần cho cùng một lần mua. Nhắn Facebook hoặc Zalo kèm mã đơn hàng; tiền được trả lại theo đúng cách bạn đã thanh toán (chuyển khoản, hoặc hoàn tiền qua PayPal). Khi hoàn tiền, key của đơn đó bị thu hồi; nếu đơn là một lần gia hạn thì key bị trừ đúng 30 ngày của lần đó.
Đã chuyển khoản mà quá 10 phút chưa thấy key: nhắn Facebook hoặc Zalo kèm mã đơn hàng để được xử lý.
4. Quyền riêng tư
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, chỉ trong phạm vi dưới đây.
Khi xử lý video: hình và tiếng không rời khỏi máy bạn. Trang gửi lên máy chủ phần mục lục của file (box moov) và vài con số về bố cục file. Phần mục lục có thể chứa thông tin như thời điểm quay, tên thiết bị hay phần mềm đã tạo file, và vị trí nếu máy quay có ghi. Máy chủ chỉ đọc nó trong bộ nhớ để tạo phần mục lục mới, gửi lại cho bạn, và không lưu lại. Tên file không được gửi.
Lượt miễn phí: để giới hạn 5 file mỗi ngày, máy chủ lưu một mã băm (HMAC-SHA256 với khoá bí mật) của địa chỉ IP (IPv6: dải /64), ngày và số file đã dùng. Máy chủ không lưu địa chỉ IP; không có khoá bí mật thì không thể suy ngược mã băm thành địa chỉ. Các dòng này bị xoá sau 30 ngày.
Khi mua: chúng tôi lưu email (để gửi key và hỗ trợ), ngôn ngữ, số tiền, mã đơn, mã giao dịch payOS hoặc PayPal, thời gian, và mã băm địa chỉ IP như trên (chống tạo đơn rác; xoá khỏi đơn sau 30 ngày). Thanh toán do payOS hoặc PayPal xử lý, chúng tôi không thấy số thẻ hay tài khoản ngân hàng của bạn. Email gửi key qua dịch vụ Resend. Đơn hàng được giữ để đối soát và kế toán.
Key Pro: máy chủ lưu key, email, ngày hết hạn, mã thiết bị (một chuỗi ngẫu nhiên do trang tạo, không chứa tên máy hay thông tin phần cứng), lúc kích hoạt và lần dùng gần nhất, để mỗi key chạy trên 1 thiết bị.
Trên trình duyệt của bạn (localStorage, không dùng cookie): outlier-lang (ngôn ngữ bạn chọn), exomaly-remux-device (mã thiết bị ngẫu nhiên) và exomaly-remux-key (key Pro, khi bạn nhập). Bấm “Bỏ key khỏi trình duyệt này” hoặc xoá dữ liệu trang web để xoá chúng.
Máy chủ và thống kê lượt xem: trang và máy chủ chạy trên Cloudflare; dữ liệu đơn hàng, key và lượt miễn phí lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu Cloudflare D1. Như mọi máy chủ web, Cloudflare nhận địa chỉ IP và thông tin trình duyệt để gửi trang và chống tấn công. Trang dùng Cloudflare Web Analytics để đếm lượt xem (trang nào, từ trang nào tới, loại thiết bị, quốc gia), không dùng cookie. Cloudflare xử lý các dữ liệu này theo chính sách riêng (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Font chữ được tải từ chính upload.exomaly.com.
Quyền của bạn: bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu đơn hàng và key của mình (trừ những gì pháp luật buộc giữ cho kế toán) bằng cách nhắn Facebook hoặc Zalo, hoặc gửi Gmail ở dưới.

1. Terms of use
The service. Exomaly Remux (upload.exomaly.com) fixes the container of an MP4 file before you upload it to TikTok yourself. Picture and sound stay byte-for-byte identical, with no re-encoding. The page does not post anything to TikTok or any other platform; you upload the result yourself.
Picture and sound never leave your device. The page sends only the file's index (the moov box: timestamps, the size and position of each sample, codec details) to our server to be processed, then builds the new file in your browser.
Not affiliated with TikTok. Exomaly Remux is an independent tool, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance or any other platform. The name TikTok is used only to describe where you may post your video.
Your responsibilities. Only process videos you own or have the right to use; follow the law and the terms of the platform where you post; keep your original file.
No guaranteed results. Every statement on the page about resolution, frame rate or how a platform handles a video is the result of our own tests on a few videos at one point in time. Platforms can change how they process videos at any moment. After processing, the video cannot be downloaded on TikTok, because TikTok cannot decode the file to make a downloadable copy. Processing may also cause a platform to handle the video unusually or take action on the video or account under its own terms. Whether to use the tool is your decision and your risk.
Provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the tool, including lost views, lost data or a platform restricting a video or account. Nothing here removes rights that consumer protection law gives you.
Changes and governing law. We may update this page; the effective date at the top shows the current version. The law of Vietnam applies.
2. Free and Pro
Free: videos up to FHD (short side at most 1080 px; a 1080×1920 portrait video counts as FHD), at most 60 fps, 5 files a day per IP address (IPv6: per /64 range), reset at midnight Vietnam time (UTC+7). People sharing one IP address (for example one mobile network or Wi-Fi) share those 5 files. A refused file is not counted.
Pro: videos up to 4K (short side at most 2160 px), at most 60 fps, unlimited files. In our testing TikTok kept 4K 60 fps (no guarantee); a 4K 120 fps video came back at 540p, so no plan takes videos above 60 fps or above 4K.
Pro price: US$2.99 a month with PayPal on the English page (49.000 VND by bank QR on the Vietnamese page). A month is 30 days from payment. Never charged automatically: when it ends the page goes back to the free plan; to continue, renew on the Buy Pro page with the same key. Renewing a valid key adds 30 days to its end date; renewing an expired key gives 30 days from payment. The main page warns 3 days before a key ends; there is no reminder email.
Each key works on 1 device (one browser on one machine). The first device that enters the key keeps it. A new computer, another browser or cleared site data counts as a new device: message us on Facebook or Zalo to move the key. Keys are for the buyer; do not resell or share them publicly.
A key can be revoked when its order is refunded, or when it is shared publicly or misused.
3. Payment and refunds
Payment through payOS with a bank-transfer QR code (Vietnamese buy page), or through PayPal with a PayPal account or a Visa/Mastercard card, in USD (English buy page). The price on the buy page is final. The key shows on the buy page right away and is emailed to the address you enter.
Refunds within 7 days of paying for a month, if Pro does not work with your videos and we cannot fix it, or if you paid twice for one purchase. Message us on Facebook or Zalo with your order number; the money goes back the way you paid (a bank transfer, or a PayPal refund). On a refund the order's key is revoked; if the order was a renewal, the key loses exactly that renewal's 30 days.
Paid but no key after 10 minutes: message us on Facebook or Zalo with your order number.
4. Privacy
We handle personal data under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection, only as described below.
When a video is processed: picture and sound never leave your device. The page sends the file's index (the moov box) and a few numbers about the file's layout to the server. The index can hold details such as when the video was recorded, the device or software that made the file, and a location if the camera recorded one. The server reads it in memory only, to build the new index it sends back, and does not keep it. The file name is not sent.
Free files: to limit free use to 5 files a day, the server stores a hash (HMAC-SHA256 with a secret key) of your IP address (IPv6: its /64 range), the day and the number of files used. Your IP address is never stored; without the secret key the hash cannot be turned back into an address. These rows are deleted after 30 days.
When you buy: we store your email (to send the key and help you), language, amount, order number, the payOS or PayPal transaction reference, the time, and the IP hash described above (against spam orders; removed from the order after 30 days). Payments are handled by payOS or PayPal; we never see your card or bank account number. The key email is sent through the Resend service. Orders are kept for reconciliation and accounting.
Pro keys: the server stores the key, the email, the end date, a device id (a random string made by the page, with no machine name or hardware details), when it was activated and last used, so each key works on 1 device.
In your browser (localStorage, no cookies): outlier-lang (your language), exomaly-remux-device (the random device id) and exomaly-remux-key (your Pro key, once entered). Press “Remove the key from this browser” or clear the site's data to delete them.
Hosting and page view statistics: the page and the server run on Cloudflare; orders, keys and free-file counts are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Like any web server, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and block attacks. The page uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views (which page, the referring page, device type, country), without cookies. Cloudflare handles this data under its own policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Fonts are served from upload.exomaly.com itself.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the data of your orders and keys (except what the law requires us to keep for accounting) by messaging us on Facebook or Zalo, or writing to the Gmail address below.
